"Tammy is absolutely the BEST!! I have numerous vehicles on my policy, as well as my home owners insurance, and Tammy has gone above and beyond to review everything on multiple occasions to ensure that I am getting every discount possible. I was with Geico for the last 15 years when all of sudden my rates starting going up with no communication at all from them. So I decided to check rates at my local State Farm office and all I can say is WOW!! I am so glad that Geico just kept getting more and more greedy, because it brought to light just how much I had been overpaying for years. It is said that everyone should shop their insurance rates at least once a year and even though it feels like a daunting task I can now say it is totally worth it and the best piece of advise that people should follow. Now I am saving almost $300 a MONTH and have an actual person that I can reach out too directly for any questions, concerns or help that I might need! I have now been with Tammy at State Farm for the last year and upon the auto renewal of the policy she called and let me know that my rates were going down again, as we were getting another discount. Never in the 15 years of doing business with Geico did I receive a call like that ever!! So again, Tammy is absolutely awesome and I am very thankful for the service that I receive from Larry and his entire team!"

"This place is BY FAR the BEST! The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and understanding and will make sure you are prepared for whatever life has to throw at you. And when life inevitably happens, you can't get better customer service. I use this StateFarm exclusively for all of my families policies (home, auto, life) and couldn't feel more secure. These people know what they are doing and they truly care about each individuals needs. Looking for 'cheap cheap cheap' insurance? Lol!! Good luck when life happens! You eventually figure out that you get what you pay for. If you want AWESOME coverage for a reasonable price and the best customer service around, look no further. These are your people. "I do not trust and will not use Larry Kircher's agency any longer. I moved my business to State Farm from Allstate, because after I'd been hit by a State Farm policy holder, State Farm took better care of me than my own insurance company. Parts warranties, service, and the entire experience was better dealing with State Farm. Now that we are with State Farm, my daughter was hit by a driver carrying insurance apparently from a foreign country. She called Larry Kirchner, and was summarily kicked to the curb. All that Larry's office had to do was to give her the claims number, but instead they told it "it is easier" to deal with the other party's insurance. My daughter was left to attempt to navigate through the trying process of having her car repaired with a foreign insurer for whom English is a second language. Do they have the same quality of repair shops? Do they warranty the parts and the work the way State Farm does? I don't know, and Mr. Kirchner didn't either. It wasn't his concern. When I called Mr. Kirchner to take issue with the shoddy treatment my daughter received, he doubled down on his comments. "You'll have to be out of pocket for your deductible," he said, "and if the other insurer denies responsibility, you won't get your $500 back." How dumb! I asked Mr. Kirchner what made him think that if this foreign insurance company won't pay State Farm and their teams of experts and lawyers, what makes him think they'll pay me? He didn't have an answer. It would have been so easy to simply refer my daughter to the claims department. We trusted this agency enough to write them a check each month, and when we needed their advocacy, their assistance, and their expertise, they summarily dismissed my daughter without any regard for her difficulty, because it was easier for them. If I hadn't been there to help her and direct her to the appropriate people, she'd have had to struggle through the process of getting her car fixed because her agent couldn't be bothered to help. I've moved my insurance to another agent EDIT, 04/11/2018: I see that Mr. Kirchner has personally replied to my review and said that his staff is willing to help anyone. My beef is with Mr. Kirchner personally. It was him that was rude to me and defended the actions of the staff when they refused to help my daughter. It was him that was unconcerned about us dealing with another company. It was him that didn't know what kinds of guarantees the other company provided. And it was him who could've made the process so much easier. It took more than a year of trying in order for us to get the deductible back from the accident that wasn't my daughter's fault. I had to work through the other insurer and through the State Farms claims department. Mr. Kirchner could've been an advocate for us. He chose not to be. Now in his response, Mr. Kirchner asks me to call him so he can make things right (and presumably get me to change my review.) However, I only discovered this accidentally, 10 months after he posted his response. Mr. Kirchner knows how to reach me. He has my address, my phone number, and my e-mail. Never has the man made any attempt to reach out. At all. Ever. Not only that, but Mr. Kirchner's response to my poor review seems to be a form letter response. He's said the same thing, verbatim, to other negative reviews. He can't be bothered to even personalize a response to a scathing comment on his lack of personal service! I'd let that be a good barometer of how service-oriented he and his agency are, if you're trying to decide on an agent."

"I am sorry you feel you were not notified about your cancellation. We have a specific system for notifying customers of impending cancellation. We contact our customers three times to let them know when their policy is scheduled for cancellation. You indicated you would call us when you were ready to pay. We also sent you cancellation notices through the mail. I am pleased that we had a discussion after you posted this review and were able to get your policies back in force. After discussing this situation with you personally, I was able to set up a system of contacting you via email that you indicated would be more efficient should this situation arise again in the future. We will continue to do whatever we can to keep your insurance in force in these challenging times."
